Eligible for Return:

  • Unused, undamaged flags

  • Tote bags in original condition

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Not Eligible:

  • Damaged or visibly used items

  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Return:

  • Email us at hello@tallyflags.com with your order number and reason for return

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method
